What the job covers

Paths, steps and the area around the back door are cleaned in the same visit. It is the same wash, and it does not justify a second call-out.

Different stone requires different pressure. James inspects the paving and the growth on it, and gives you a price.

Wash

The patio, paths and steps are washed, joints included.

Treat

Algae and fungus are treated with the appropriate detergent so the surface stays clean and safe underfoot for longer.

Can natural stone be cleaned without marking it?

Yes. The pressure is reduced for softer stone such as sandstone and limestone, and the growth is lifted with detergent rather than force.

Will the patio turn green again?

Every outdoor surface in Ireland turns green eventually, but a treated patio resists it for considerably longer than one that is only washed. Shade and overhanging trees speed up regrowth.

Do you clean the path to the door as well?

Yes. Paths, steps and the area at the back door are cleaned in the same visit.
