Assessment and Price

James visits, inspects the condition and type of the walls, and prices the wash and the painting together.

Wash and Treat

The house is softwashed and the fungus and red algae are treated. Paint applied over algae peels, so this stage is never skipped.

Paint

Sprayed or by hand, whichever suits the wall. Windows, doors and paths are covered and cleaned afterwards.

Does the house have to be washed before painting?

Yes. Paint applied over algae or dirt lifts within a year or two. Cleaning first is part of the job, not an extra.

Spray or brush?

Spray covers a large dashed wall evenly and quickly. A brush gives a better finish around windows, doors and edges. Most houses receive both.

Can a dashed wall be painted?

Yes. Dash is softwashed first so no chipping is lost, then sprayed.
