Sealing is the step after cleaning for those who want the result to last. A sealed driveway sheds water and oil and gives moss less to grip. A sealed roof does the same with algae.

What the job covers

We do not press it on anyone. It is a separate job, requested in its own right, usually once a customer has seen the driveway or roof clean and wants to keep it that way.

Request It

Sealing is not part of a standard clean. Tell James you would like it and he will price it for your surface.

Clean First

The driveway or roof is cleaned and treated, then left to dry fully. Sealer does not take on a damp surface.

Seal

The sealer is applied evenly across the whole surface and left to cure before it is walked or driven on.

Is sealing included in the cleaning price?

No. It is a separate job and is carried out only on request.

Can you seal a driveway you did not clean?

It needs to be clean and dry to take the sealer, so we would clean it first. James will assess it and advise you.

How soon after cleaning can it be sealed?

Once the surface is fully dry. That depends on the weather, and James will advise when he assesses the job.
